This position is within Accenture's Services workforce. This is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. Profile Summary :

Computer Systems Analyst (CSA)

• Running Microsoft tools on custom developed code for the team to check the strength of code with respect of memory leakage and object disposed.(ex- MSOCAP , FX-Cop).

• creation of requirements documents and defining scope and objectives, keeping overall business strategies in priority.

• Collection of statistical data to monitor production system behavior for client applications.

• Gathering data, research on software defects, conducting problem diagnosis and implementing a timely resolution for issues in client environment.

• Requirement gathering in a variety of ways according to project demand including: wireframes, user stories, functional and non-functional.

• Resolving production environment issues on time or giving solution to client member to resolve issue in their sites or environment.

• Planning(Requirement gathering & Analysis), designing, developing, implementing,Testing, Deploying and supporting information systems to meet assigned customer needs.

• Keeping a knowledge of end to end application implementation and customization for giving a quick solution to client for any issue or risk.

• Applying test methodology and product knowledge in the design of test cases for certification of products.

• Leading/Guiding team of Junior Analysts to train them in products customization and issues resolution with perfection.

• Providing time estimates for new application changes & presenting to client team for negotiation.

• Being the module lead ,Identifying areas of risk and prepare strategies for mitigation for the projects.

• Handling UAT , MO and Prod deployment and Testing.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Electricals and Electronics engineering.
2.Idea of all stages of SDLC
3.3+ years of experience to provide in-depth technical and business assistance to customers and internal team members on web based projects.
4.Very good technical hands-on product understanding on SharePoint development and customizations.
5.The experience of handling UAT,MO and Prod Deployment, requirement gathering, Validation and Analysis.
6.Design skills like HTML5, CSS.
7.The experience in scripting language JavaScript , JQuery and Angular JS.
8.The experience in server side language like C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net
9.Expertise in SharePoint 2007, 2010 2013.
10.The experience in CSOM, SOM, and SharePoint web service coding, SPAPI, JSON, XSLT, InfoPath and AJAX.
11.Reporting knowledge like SSRS.
12.Work on creating account in AD, Exchange server & Lynch server.
13.Migration experience from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013
14.Development experience on integration of SharePoint with SAP Portal and Nintex workflows.
15.A very high level of exposure to work in onshore-offshore model.
16.Strong testing skills and experience in SDLC & testing methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.
17.Willing to work in a team environment, share knowledge and creative solutions to problems.
18.Completed multiple certification related to SharePoint development.
19.Translate function designs into technical specification such as program flow diagrams and translate technical specifications into program code and perform upgrade strategies.
20.Done the customization for SharePoint based on project requirement.
21.Customize and extend SharePoint using assets on Enterprise Resource Planning technologies.
22.Used different .NET framework and used SharePoint APIs to modify and implement business requirements.
23.Worked on various reporting required to fetch the data from SharePoint environment and exported it in excel format.
24.SharePoint(2007,2010,2013),ASP.NET, SOAP, Web Services/API Integration, SQL Server 2008, SSRS Reports, Workflow, XML, JavaScript, jQuery

Professional Skill Requirements:

1.Functional SME in the solution reviews and high level design reviews from technical/functional perspective for various applications and tools like SharePoint applications and Nintex workflow tool.
2.Functional SME in html with JavaScript client object model and REST Services for functional and custom developments.
3.Hands on and Trained in SharePoint customizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, C#.net, VB.net, ASP.net, SharePoint 2007, 2010 2013, CSOM, SOM, and SharePoint web service coding, SPAPI, JSON, XSLT, InfoPath and AJAX, SSRS, AD, Exchange server & Lync server , CAML, and SQL query & EDMX, MVP Architecture, search service, Data view webpart, page layout),
4.Very good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
5.Subject matter expert on Migration of SharePoint-2010 to SharePoint-2013.
6.Software Analysis & Design knowledge/experience, also having a solid background in Software Quality & Testing using Microsoft tools like MSOCAF.
7.Hands on and Trained in Workflow development tools (Nintex, SharePoint designer).
8.Played lead roles in supporting and providing of solutions to suit client requirements to help them get the best out of their business.
9.Should have lead a team of at least 4 people and worked on assigned project and consolidating the status.
10.Excellent communication skills – within and outside of the office, across teams, with clients/stakeholders – both horizontally and vertically.
11.Should have attended the Business Review meetings as Architect & provided inputs to functional test lead on Test coverage.
12.Strong exposure of handling offshore and onshore team.
13.Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

14.Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

15.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Travel & Shift Hours:

1.Ready to Travel cross-country & within Canada on requirements
2.Shift work applicable with need of project as & when required.

Salary Range: 73,100.00 CAD to 74,700.00 CAD

Employee will be eligible for pay increases due to pay review that are consistent with company and market standards
