Location: London
Fixed Term Contract : 6 Months
Accenture is building its Regulatory and Client Outreach Services team for Investment Banking clients and is looking for analysts to join our team of industry functional and technical experts. This provides an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a leading Professional Services organisation and help us grown an important and emerging Business Service.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the interactions and liaison with the customers of Investment Banks to gather key Regulatory documentation and evidence. A customer service mind-set and effective communication skills, combined with the ability to persuade customers of the importance of providing this critical information will be key to success.
Analysts must have good attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritise cases, communicate effectively with internal team members and clients, and complete assignments accurately and to deadline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with the client to gather detailed client information and supporting documentation to complete the FATCA processing requirements.
· Review and check for completeness of FATCA tax certification forms and supporting documentation before submitting the case for review and approval, co-ordinating with FATCA specialist as needed
· Escalate to management on specific requirements and regulations arising under special circumstances
· Manage the client experience, maintaining the highest standard of excellence in customer service and answer client queries as and when they arise
· Monitor and track cases to ensure cases are completed within set target dates, escalating where appropriate.
· Follow standard policies, procedures and tools, suggesting improvements to improve team productivity.
· Maintain an environment in which compliance and risk control are a key performance criteria
· Respond to feedback provided and re-work cases as required, based on feedback from Quality Control.
· Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and confidentiality standards.
· Participate in training programmes to develop Regulatory knowledge relevant to different client types, products and countries.

Key Skills:
· Customer service experience
· Communicate effectively and establish client-facing relationships and rapport
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Familiarity with Financial Regulations (especially FATCA) in an Investment Bank environment
· Knowledge of Banking, corporate and financial terminology
· Knowledge of customer entity types and business sectors
· Adherence to quality methodology with close attention to detail
· Process improvement and efficiency
· Delivery against predefined productivity targets
· Ability to work in a deadline driven, team based environment
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, use of research applications and data
· Ability to plan and prioritise your own work
