The Mobilization Specialist works across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams. Participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.
Job Description
The Change Management Outsourcing Specialist is part of the Operations BPS formerly known as BPO Mobilization team and will support the client organization as they transition from an in sourced services support model to one that s delivered by Accenture. This role is part of a specialized journey management change management capability within operations that supports service transitions that include but are not limited to procurement, finance and accounting and HR offerings. In this role, the Journey Management Specialist will lead efforts to analyze, plan, develop, and implement stakeholder management and business readiness activities to drive adoption of the change within the client organization. The Specialist may participate in solution architecture planning activities, as well as service transition activities, to ensure that the client organization is ready to follow new processes and use new tools when Accenture starts delivery of the outsourcing engagement. This individual may also help to onboard and oversee L9 10 resources borrowed from Accenture s Consulting organization to help drive the transition change effort. The scope of these transition activities may be multi process and span multiple geographic areas. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, mobilization leads, and delivery leads to ensure successful integration of journey management and service transition activities. Job Requirement Must be able to travel up to 50 of the time Responsibilities Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects by creating response materials Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives Lead a work stream or a Service Transition program and or plays a key delivery role within a program
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor s degree
· Minimum of 2 years experience in Change Management, Communication, Mobilization, and or BPS outsourcing delivery experience in Procurement, F A, or HR
Preferred Skills
· Demonstrated skill and or experience in one of more of the following
· Knowledge of the Accenture BPS Offering and or services especially procurement, F A or HR
· Experience in performing multiple types of work e.g. project management, change management, mobilization, metrics analytics, solution design and implementation, communication
Professional Skill Requirements
· Experience in leading communication, change management, training, mobilization, or business process outsourcing projects experience in two or more of these areas required
· Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels ability to influence up and down the organization
· Ability to synthesize content concepts into concise, well structured presentations and communications written and or verbal
· Experience in designing, collecting, and communicating metrics
· Ability to lead programs in a virtual or client facing environment to deliver on schedule and on budget
· Strong facilitation skills and experience in leading client meetings working sessions
· Ability to effectively diagnose problems and drive resolutions
· Ability to deliver measurable results and accomplish program objectives
· Ability to lead and develop more junior change management resources performing BPS transition work
