CFO & Enterprise Value is the part of Accenture Strategy which specializes in the topics on the top of the CFO agenda. We are searching for business-driven Strategy Consultants specializing in enterprise performance management and digital finance transformations. At the heart of the CFO agenda are topics touching upon enterprise performance management, where typical projects set out to help the CFO address areas such as…

· Making the move from reporting to architecting value
· Enabling digital finance transformations including big data and analytics, artificial intelligence and robotics, blockchain etc.
· Developing steering capabilities such as the target setting, long range planning and the short-term business planning process
· Identifying value drivers and linking strategy to KPIs and scorecards
· Improving forecasting capabilities to predict future risks and opportunities
· Increasing information transparency and decision support by improving reporting capabilities and harmonizing information across functions and geographies
· Giving strategic direction on aligning systems with information needs
· Our engagements are often executed in close dialogue with CFOs and span across multiple industries and geographies, interacting with several business and support functions within our clients' organizations

What will you do?

· Work in project teams, often consisting of a project manager and 1-2 project resources with support from senior subject matter experts
· Help the client c-suite and senior management address strategic and operational issues and create value-driven recommendations
· Provide expertise and insights to our clients and help build our CFO & enterprise value topics
· Help to achieve our mission - not only bring industry knowledge and experience, but also deep functional skills and expertise in the domain of enterprise performance management
· May work across industries: financial services, products, resources, health & public services and communication, media and technology

Desired profile

Qualifications :

About your background and experience

·  2-5 years of working experience within the finance domain preferably as a strategy or management consultant, or from a finance or strategy function
·  Experience from working in larger project settings
·  Deep understanding of Enterprise Performance management processes (target setting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs and scorecards)
·  Experience from digital transformation within the finance domain
·  Understanding of systems related to financial consolidation, reporting and enterprise performance management e.g. Hyperion, Cognos, SAP BPC etc.
·  Extensive experience with office technology for analysis and presentations
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Norwegian)
·  M.Sc. in business or engineering with excellent academic results
