Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Supply Chain and Operations professionals house individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Sourcing and Procurement professionals provide skills and experience related to sourcing and procurement, designing and implementing strategies that transform buying and selling with differentiating sourcing and procurement strategies, processes, technologies and organizations.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.

Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.

Decisions impact own work.Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Some responsibilities are:

Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.

Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues problems.

Assess and resolve non standard and standard issues or problems.

Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of SAP Supply Chain experience

Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Office Excel, and Word experience

Minimum of a High School diploma

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
