The Business to Business Collections Agent (Spanish Speaking) is responsible for Business to Business Accounts Receivable collection activities on behalf of the client.


Job Description
· Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
· Calling and emailing customers to arrange debt payoffs
· Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
· Timely response to cases coming through work queue via email
· Courteous and professionally handling of all issues related with collections activities to the account
· Achievement of all metrics: aging invoices, case managements, accounts touched
· Timely escalation of any past due account after all collection efforts have been completed
· Keep a courteous and professional contact with customers and client
· Follow all monthly account activities as per collection schedule
· Responsible for activities as assigned by Team Leader
· Escalates production issues to his/her Team Leader as appropriate
· Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

Job Requirements
· Must be bilingual in both the Spanish and English languages (verbal and written)

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum of one-year Customer Service/Client Delivery work experience and/or Associates Degree

Preferred Qualifications
·  Experience in Accounting and/or Finance
·  Business to Business collections experience
·  Experience with Oracle ERP accounting system
·  Salesforce or any Cloud Experience
·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Excel to include: data entry, basic tables and formulas

·  Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
·  Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Desire to work in an information systems environment
·  Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
