Job Description

Customer Service Delivery professionals includes the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
As a member of the BPO-Asset Management team , you will communicate with internal and on-site IT service providers who are responsible in the development, maintenance, creation and delivery of Information technology projects of Products and Services. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES as a Support Associate will involve:

· Analyze, evaluate and coordinate client service requests for the acquisition of Infrastructure and Desktop hardware, software, wireless, ergonomic hardware and related data communications equipment.
· Provide support to CMHC clients at National Office and regional offices in obtaining IT Products and Services while providing analytical and administrative support throughout the lifecycle of a Service Request.
· Monitor and reconcile orders, invoices and credits to ensure the correctness and audit ability of the purchases.
· Obtain quotations from suppliers
· Analyzes contractual specifications, delivery and payment options.
· Generates and maintains commitments and directs all relevant costs to the appropriate operating budgets while processing vendor invoices.
· Responds to all client inquiries in a timely fashion

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  High School Diploma combined with a minimum of 2 (two) years relevant experience in Client Services or equivalent combination of related education and experience;
·  Broad knowledge of Service Request systems
·  Knowledge of Help Desk, and Distributed Computing practices
·  Knowledge of purchasing practices

Preferred Qualifications
·  Knowledge of the Service Now System
·  Broad knowledge of Service Request systems
·  Broad knowledge of invoice processing

·  Good data processing skills
·  Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail;
·  Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
·  Strong desire to learn new products and services
