Your job

As a Business Operations Analyst you will be assisting our clients in operating and improving everyday business processes, ranging from finance processes to procurement to HR to customer care and much more. Finding ways to operate these processes more efficiently and more effectively is what you do. But you don't shy away to “roll up your sleeves” and do the “dirty” work when needed. You will be able to help our clients to the next level of professionalism by bringing them Intelligent Operations!

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  Bachelor (HBO/WO) or Master degree in a business related study;
·  Native Dutch proficiency and fluency in English is required;
·  As this is a junior position, internship experience is also valuable;
·  Experience and/or knowhow in a business functions such as finance, procurement, HR or customer care is preferred;
·  You are comfortable with senior stakeholder management exposure;
·  Analytical, structured and pro-active attitude;
·  Willingness to travel, driver's license is preferred;
·  You recognize challenges and want to solve them.
