People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Responsible for understanding the client's operating environment and business strategy, organization structure, and learning and collaboration approach. The Business Interlock Manager uses this knowledge to manage client relationships, demand pipeline, issue resolution, learning program design, reporting, and new business development. This also includes working with the client to develop the capability strategy and provide resources to design, implement, and manage solutions related to the capability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively understand the client's business drivers, needs, priorities, and budget.
· Partner with the client to define and implement a training strategy.
· Develop an Annual Learning Plan in partnership with the client.
· Manage the Annual Learning Plan and adjust accordingly based on new priorities and progress against plan.
· Work with the client to identify business sponsors, champions, content managers, and other SME resources to partner with on training initiatives.
· Conduct learning needs analysis.
· Leverage appropriate tools and templates to capture business requirements, skill and performance gaps, and unique audience needs.
· Conduct skill assessments to identify current skill gaps and areas of expertise.
· Analyze and refine the performance requirements and learning priorities identified during the learning needs analysis phase.
· Document business objectives, learning objectives, audience findings, and recommended learning solutions in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB).
· Architect the learning solution given the business requirements, client context, and budget limitations, with a focus on innovative and industry leading solutions.
· Partner with SMEs and Accenture's design and development team on the build of learning solutions
· Design and manage measurement strategies for each learning solution.
· Develop learning plans tailored to individual groups and roles within the client organization.
· Partner with business sponsors and champions to ensure progress against and in alignment with target goals.
· Work with the client to design strategies that move organization toward new ways of learning.
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to SMES, business sponsors, and support teams.
· Effectively manage projects by focusing on critical priorities and goals.
· Use available processes, tools, and techniques to ensure all parties understand their role, scope and timelines.
· Leverage Accenture standard processes and tools to develop a work plan and mobilize team members.
· Communicate status and develop contingency plans to minimize risk.
· Work closely with project team members and business leaders to support change management activities.

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship development and management
·  Minimum 2 years of management experience
