Responsibilities

· Control of Change Requests SMs for the contract
· Managerial follow-up of agreed SLAs
· Interaction with other areas of the BPO to obtain the necessary answers to the Control Tower
· Analysis of the proposals regarding SMs' demands
· Propose improvements and automation of area processes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  High school completed
·  Administrative experience - DESIRABLE
·  Intermediate Knowledge in Excel
