Role Overview
We are seeking Pega Configuration Manager to work in a fast-paced agile environment. The incumbent work on a range of services powering web applications for a large Banking / Financial institution. Resource will be required to perform configuration changes to production applications by interpreting business requirements. Supported applications are based on Pega or Jrules technologies. A working knowledge of these technologies is required and a certification in either will be an added bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to work with Line of Business constantly during requirement gathering and implementation. Role could also involve supporting testing of these business rule changes in a lower level environment before promoting to production.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualification:
·  2+ Yrs Exp. in primary skill, total exp. may vary
·  2 or more years of Pega configuration experience. Pega Certified is preferred.
1. Individual to be well versed with Pega Configuration not development.
2. Responsible to develop and deploy Appian workflows including creation of test scripts.
3. Support during workflow, product and user acceptance testing to analyze and resolve defects
4. Should be able to discuss (good communication skills) and propose solutions based on business requirement/problem statement
5. Able to debug production reported issues and suggest manual workarounds
6. Responsible for design and development of enhancements when needed.
7. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer, Configurations in Appiun, etc.
8. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment, etc.
9. Should have at least design
