Main Responsibilities
Accenture Credit Services helps mortgage lenders and servicers restructure and industrialize their operations in light of changing market conditions, new regulations and profitability challenges. The acquisition of Zenta, a leading provider of residential and commercial real estate services, complemented Accenture Credit Services existing capabilities to offer full service consulting, technology and business process outsourcing capabilities for clients in the residential mortgage, commercial real estate and real estate investment trust (REIT) industries.

Annual Planning and update of landing positions for ACS NA Factory and ACS DCO:
HC and chargeability projections.
Payroll & DNP Planning.
Annual Planning of Non Standard Loads:
Manage the process and present it to ACS Leadership.
Roster validation, load inputs and technology costs. Propose Load % and update planning based on Leadership rev
Work with Global Finance/DFM team on updating new load factors in SAP and Rate Cards for correct pricing.
Annual Planning of DCO and build up of Seat Charge for next FY:
DCO Seat Charges plan for SAC and CLT – prepared with projections for all departments, including mainly Workplace plan, Technology (ISU) plan and Seat projections for both centers.
Consolidate ACS forecast, including NA/APAC components, and communicate accordingly.
Support preclose activities and report on financial results:
Ensure all ACS entries under scope are completed accurately and timely for month-end; including any Day +4 entries.
Pre-close reporting and daily refresh on results.
Manage DCO financials for Charlotte and Sacramento centers: MIS reporting, Exec reviews, supply/demand, and fixed assets. Collaborate with Workplace/GS and DC ISU teams and understand how costs impact DCSO financials.
Support NCC budgeting process for BD and Academy costs.
Complete any standard monthly reports or ad-hocs as needed.
Collaborate with Controllership on any necessary PM8 table updates.
Serve as liaison with India Finance team to help facilitate any issues and communicate updates to internal teams/Leadership.
Ensure ACS financials (e.g. over/under recoveries) are managed, consolidated and communicated at a Global level.
SAP Financial structure maintenance.
Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
• University degree
• Intermediate English level
Type of Experience
• Finance Related
• Knowledge on Accenture financial metrics
• SAP Business Reporting as well as SAP Hana, both FI and CO modules.
• 3+ years of business finance support experience, knowing Operations will be a plus.
• Generic knwoledge on Sales, Revenues and CCI reporting.

Technical and Personal Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- University degree in finance or accounting
- Excel and Power Point skills - Advanced level is required.
- Upper level in English
- Experienced in cost management, financial analytics, project management, and process/tools development.
