People in our Health & Public Service Technology Consulting will be in charge of IT consulting and delivery in sectors such as government and municipal offices, local governing body, educational institutions, and medical institutions.
In the field of IT which comprises the core of public service operations, you will provide support through the system life cycles in various forms such as the proposal creation, development, facilitation, assessment, and achieve project success together with a client.

Key responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:

- Creation of the system To-Be
- Planning of system
- Definition and optimization of system requirements
- System design, development, and test
- Various support in system development
- Third party assessment of system development project
- Reform and enhancement of IT department
- Reduction planning of IT cost
- Planning of system outsourcing:

There are many cases within our firm that work is not just limited to supporting each client project, but the entire IT environment for a client as a partner, and one takes charge of broad areas.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

【Basic Qualifications】
- System design or development experience (regardless of language)
- Business level Japanese of more than 2 years

【Preferred Skills】
- Experience of create instruction or proposal by using Power Point and Word skills.

- Hold professional expertise in public institutions, government and municipal offices, local governing body, educational institutions, and medical institutions.

- Abilities to make business related decisions considering the client.
