Job Summary

Collaborate with internal clients to execute procurement operations such as, Supplier Enablement, RFP, compliance management, contracts and Requisition Processing. Develop and manage procurement operations pipeline, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure procurement solutions are addressing related Accenture guidelines/ policies and targeted KPI for designated service.


Key Responsibilities:



-Identify and maintain preferred suppliers

-Ensure that contracts are signed with suppliers in collaboration with Legal Department

-Oversee that there is no conflict of interest or corruption between suppliers and Accenture

-Ensure that suppliers fully respect Mauritian laws

-Challenge internal clients' needs and help them clarify

- Find the best combination of price, services and terms for the company

-Manage negotiations with suppliers

-Support users when using tools ( eg Ariba, IQN)

-Act as a facilitator for demand of contractors (Communicate the Process, Create Purchase Requisitions in Ariba, Process Mission Document with vendors)

-Liaise with the procurement/ Contractor team in France

-Ensure that Accenture policies/ guidelines are fully applied

- Ensure Accenture best interests

-Manage Customer and Supplier relation (regular meetings each quarter and when the need rises)

-Process PO (provide intervention approval in Ariba)

- Manage approvals by leading Decision Committee

- Escalate any issue/ concern with your leadership

Desired profile



Educational Background

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Management/Accounting/Finance OR ACCA Level 1



Experience:



At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Procurement / Purchasing
