Job Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) analyst is part of the Learning & Transitions team in Mauritius. As Learning Advisor you provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and Accenture strategy for the respective entity. You understand the skill development needs of the entity and identify or develop learning assets to create viable training solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Provide input into and implement Capability Development strategy according to the business/market demands, priorities and Accenture strategy
• Affinity with the learning requirements of the organization and ability to build strong and trusted relationship with business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, external professionals and SME's
• Define curriculum that meets business requirements and is aligned with training financial guidelines (next to required Accenture training curriculum)
• Map existing learning assets, identify capability development needs (Training Needs Analysis – TNA) not met by current assets and create viable plans that effectively address the business needs
• Develop and implement learning assets and programs designed to build the necessary skills (leverage Accenture learning where appropriate)
• Track and analyze training expenses against pre-defined budget in collaboration with Finance & procurement
• Implement communication plans (including both push and pull communication channels) with business leaders to build awareness of various avenues to build capability, such as training, assets and collaboration (leverage Accenture Learning or other shared services where appropriate)
• Expert advisor role for HR business partners & management.
Desired profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Work Experience:
At least 1 -3 years relevant experience in training, preferable with a focus in the Learning and/or HR advisor area
In this role you will be working closely with business leads from the organization, L&D colleagues from Mauritius, have regular contact with L&D service support, the Talent Development Centers of Expertise and our external providers.
