Background:
Accenture Technology Growth Platform encompasses two Service Groups: System Implementation and Application Outsourcing and continues to evolve as part of the new Growth Model with the introduction of Application Services. All Career Tracks are represented within Accenture Technology, with the majority of Client Delivery & Operations residing within Technology. Accenture Digital Growth Platform has been formed as integration of digital assets, software and services across digital marketing, mobility and analytics to help clients unleash the power of digital to drive growth and create new sources of value. Job Summary:
This full-time role will support the central AAPAC Growth Platform Finance team responsibilities, the role will focus on supporting the Accenture Technology and Digital Delivery finance operations needs of AAPAC and all GUs; assisting in the analysis of financial performance, including Sales, Revenues, Margins, Cost to Serve, HC, Productivity & NCC analysis across AAPAC - working together with the Technology AAPAC Finance Lead & Finance Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with monthly / quarterly financial analysis vs. forecast/plan including impact at AAPAC and GU level to Finance SPOCs.
· Assist with the preparation & distribution of monthly standardized reporting by GUs for Technology Growth Platforms. including Sales NR CCI, Pipeline Health Metrics, Non-Contract Cost, Productivity, Cost To Serve, BD Management etc.
· Support Non Contract Costs management across GUs and follow up unexpected cross charge activities.
· Support AAPAC Finance with ad hoc requests as required.
· Maintain access to AAPAC Finance share point site, and the various AAPAC Finance distribution groups.
· Assist in AAPAC Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecast processes.
· Collaborate & exchange knowledge with other areas of finance.
· Undertake training to develop personal finance skills.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
· Education : Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting or currently pursuing ACCA or other professional accounting certification
· Work Experience : 3+ years of work experience, preferably in Costs Accounting / Managerial Accounting
· Work Requirements : Willingness to work flexible hours, as necessary, to meet monthly and quarterly deliverable deadlines and to provide extended-hour customer service support.
