The ideal candidate for the order entry clerk customer service position should be proficient in data entry with a high accuracy rate, have excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform repetitive tasks with an eye for detail
German Language is mandatory
Key Activities includes:
· Check customer orders for completeness and accuracy. Contact customers for missing information.
· Enter customer orders and customer information into the system.
· Process credit card orders.
· Maintain customer files.
· Assist with special projects as necessary
Desired profile
Preferred Qualifications:
· SAP experience would be a good addition
Professional Skill Requirements:
· Good written & verbal communication skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with global teams
· Ability to meet tight deadlines with focus on quality, results and timely delivery
· Basic excel, word and PowerPoint skills
