Key responsibilities:
・Understand the life, technology trend and the future of business.
・ethnography search.
・Facilitate the event within the organization (such as brainstorming, workshop).
・Formulate the concept to reform the service and design.
・Work with the designer and illustrator both internally and externally to design the experience.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

【Basic Qualifications】
・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
Demonstrated experience in:
・Understanding of Design.
・Proven experience in service design (vision / concept formulation, new business / service development, Web / Mobile service planning)
・Understanding of Creative design thinking.
・Experience with or understanding of vision・statement, future vision, roadmap, product evolution mapping.
・Experience in new business formulation.

【Preferred Skills】
・Experience or understanding in design consulting projects.

【Professional Soft Skills】
・Have penetrating insight of technology trends and consumer trends.
・Excellent communication skills.
・Comfortable working in a team collaboration environment.
