Job description
Job Summary
§ To provide financial analysis support for the AAPAC business across Operating Units, Geographic Units and Service Groups.
§ Work with OU/Business Finance SPOCs in AAPAC to understand Client Service Group forecasts and projections, and analyse variances against Plan/forecasts.
§ Assist AAPAC Finance Leadership team by providing individualized attention, efficient service, accurate information, and timely follow up.
§ Responsible for identifying, recommending, and assisting in the execution of process improvement program and continuous improvement initiatives in the AAPAC finance team
§ Understand operating unit and client group financial processes and policies
Key Responsibilities
§ Prepare the consolidation of information for the monthly results commentary
§ Monitor and analyse variances in monthly results and the key drivers of the variance
§ Understand implications on the outlook for the quarter and financial year
§ Review Plan/forecasts submitted by the OUs and understand assumptions in the Plan/forecasts
§ Review pipeline reports and understand the impact on achieving new bookings and net revenue Plan/forecasts
§ Review sold and shadow backlog reports to understand the impact on achieving net revenue targets.
§ Review Geographic Reporting Package for all GUs to identify potential areas of risk and highlight to management.
§ Monitor and analyse working capital reports for management review.
§ Perform ad-hoc external analyses as requested by the AAPAC Leadership team
§ Work with Growth and Strategy and Accenture Research teams to obtain source data for analyses
§ Work with AAPAC Finance Leadership team to develop and gain consensus on CFM, FBM and Controllership Plan headcount and budgets
§ Perform cost management analysis on AAPAC Controllership, FBM and CFM budgets and headcount
§ Work with respective GU teams to address issues identified, and respond to queries by the global finance team
§ Act as primary point of contact for the AAPAC Finance community regarding finance related questions and issues.
§ Collaborate with the Operating Unit Finance Team and Client Financial Management (CFM) teams to accomplish the goals of optimizing profitability and managing risk
§ Monitor customer service and accurate completion of work requests in a timely manner

§ Education : Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
