Job Purpose:

• Lead the staff team in providing a high quality, effective service within the scope of company policy & procedures, as well as ensuring daily tasks are allocated appropriately.
• To provide a homely, therapeutic & safe environment that meets the patients individual needs and facilitates integration with the local community
• To work with other staff in a manner that promotes team-building, within the scope of company policy & procedures.

Required Specification:

Aside from having a 'get up and go' attitude, you will need to have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
• At least 3 years experience in Learning Disability & Mental Health

Shift Patterns:

07:00 - 15:00 (AM)

14:30 - 22:30 (PM)

21:30 - 07:30 (NIGHT)
