Do you want to be part of a dynamic and vibrant TFC Kapamilya in Europe? ABS-CBN Europe has various job openings to support our continuing business growth, and we are urgently looking for HR & Administration Assistant to support our office management and operations in Europe.

The Company

ABS-CBN Europe Ltd is a UK subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation, the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses.

In Europe, our office offers our pay television subscription business including theatricals, events management, and money remittance businesses.

Key Duties

This is a new position created as a result of our aggressive business strategies in the region. The position shall provide full administrative support to HR function for all employees in our EMEA offices (London, Milan, Madrid, Dubai) and across all businesses of the company. It also involves PA duties to the Managing Director.

Skills and Competencies

The minimum requirements of the job are --

  • You will need to be highly organised
  • An excellent time management skills
  • Able to multi-task across all functions in the region
  • With flexible, can-do attitude

You will also have to be very diligent, hard working, able to work with minimum supervision and passionate about working for the largest Philippine company in Europe.

Knowledge on how to speak Tagalog/Filipino will be an advantage.

The candidate shall be initially hired on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, but with potential for permanent employment.
