French, German, Italian, Spanish - Language Speakers Required

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary From £17,000 pro rata + benefits

Initial 6 Months Contract with the possibility of being made permanent thereafter

This opportunity will also suit a Graduate that wish to use their bilingual skills!

This exciting company are looking for fluent French OR German OR Italian OR Spanish speakers to undertake a mix role of customer service, admin and customer relations. You will join this superb company that are doing exceptionally well. They are looking for hard-working, outgoing individuals with an excellent standard of written French OR German OR Italian OR Spanish and English to join their team within a position offering lots of variety. You will enjoy answering client service e-mails, responding to telephone calls, dealing with customer feedback and complaints, writing letters and responding to client requests and queries.

This position is ideal for people with a proactive approach to workload, who possess fantastic multi-tasking skills and work with a great deal of efficiency. Excellent written skills (grammar and spelling) are absolutely essential to this role as well as a good eye for detail.

Skills required:

• 
  French OR German OR Italian OR Spanish speaker with a high level of spelling and grammar
• Previous experience within a customer service or office based role or a Graduate
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer software packages, particularly Microsoft Word
