Job brief

AB InBev is hiring a People Business Partner for the production sites in Hoegaarden & Belle Vue. As a People Business Partner you act as an advisor for our the business and ensure that all the employee & industrial relations are compliant with the legal requirements and our company policies.

Some accountabilities:

·  Support the recruitment process
·  Monitor local social relations
·  Budget management: budget monitoring, develop action plans to close budget gaps,…
·  Report on People KPI’s
·  Identify training needs and requirements for the brewery

Requirements:

·  Driven, resilient and passionate about staff management, social relations and social legislation.
·  People know you as someone who takes ownership over his/her actions and define you as strongly organized.
·  Obtained a Master Degree
·  Project management skills
·  Flexible, proactive challenged by working in a highly demanding environment.
·  Strong communication skills
·  Ability to work accurately and independently
·  Ability to set priorities
·  Affinity with working in a production/supply environment is a plus
·  Ideally you master the Dutch French & English language
