We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Stella Artois team, to plan, execute and evaluate defined elements of the brand plan. This will involve exposure to through the line marketing activities to drive growth within the brand across on and off trade markets.
Ideal candidates will ideally be university educated, and have experience working in a marketing capacity, ideally within the FMCG industry. You will have experience in developing strong results, and have excellent project management skills. The ability to develop excellent internal and external relationships is critical, as is a structured and organised approach.

LRP / Brand Planning

Day to Day management of Key Elements of Brand Plan

· Responsible for implementing specific elements of the brand plan ensuring brand and commercial desired objectives are met
· Evaluation of specific elements of brand plan
Stakeholder Management – Internal/Brand Owners

Proactive and reactive stakeholder management on a project by project basis

· Project related attendance at Sector meetings dependent on whether leading or part of a project team
Budget Management

The Individual
· Graduate (any)
· Some experience in Marketing or able to demonstrate good commercial experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
· Good experience in delivering strong results and clear demonstration of project management and planning skills
· Basic knowledge of our business or clear aptitude to understand it – with a understanding of the customer, consumer, brand agenda
· Demonstrate ability to build relationships and work as part of a team and demonstrate high level of interpersonal communication
· Being focused and disciplined in following processes
· Clear demonstration of thinking and acting as owners and living it. Feel confident to respectfully challenge existing processes or ways of working
