Abellio Greater Anglia Commercial property team are responsible for:

• Over of 250 tenants with a rent role in excess of £3million,
• The head lease interest for the stations
• Commercially managed car parks
• Station advertising
• Rail regulation compliance

We are looking for a Property Graduate for a fixed term one year contract based at our Head Office in Stratford, London. This role would suit a property graduate working towards their APC, seeking their first opportunity to work within a commercial property team.

You will support the team to manage the entire portfolio to maximise the income, while seeking opportunities to enhance the passenger experience. You will provide the opportunity to gain experience and become involved in all aspects of property management, managing existing tenants, letting vacant property, ensuring that we are compliant with the terms of our head lease interests.
