Directing and controlling all sales and marketing activities of the product portfolio of the business unit responsible for including the setting of sales plans, objectives and the development of future strategies. Responsible for P&L and for resource allocation to maximizing ROI in area of portfolio responsibility.
Key responsibilities Include:
Strategic planning
Develop and adjust strategy for the portfolio of the business unit with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, and aligned with global strategy analyzing information from all sources like market, competitor and products (5 years strategy, LRP, 1 year marketing and financial plan, etc.).

¡ Initiate portfolio assessment, optimization and implement agreed management plans.
¡ Manage and supervise planning, forecasting and budgeting (Plan, Update, ADS, etc.).
¡ Implementation:Ensure that marketing strategy is translated into implementation tactics and fully executed on implementation level. Prepare and review contingency plans proactively in anticipation of changing market dynamics.
¡ Clarify objectives and timelines for members of the business unit; ensure all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities. Delegate tasks and responsibility to appropriate personnel; match skills and abilities to maximize effectiveness.
¡ Maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by corporate / division / affiliate / market and Class A standards.
¡ Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized / optimized
¡ Monitoring:Constantly monitor KPI's (sales, market share, price, key actions, timelines, sales force effectiveness, etc.), assess effectiveness and develop and implement strategy / tactics adjustment.
¡ Constantly monitor tactical initiative implementation (measure customer satisfaction, manage promo expense and resource mix, sales force effectiveness, etc.).
¡ External customer development:Develop short / long term partnerships with key stakeholders at each step of patient flow / product value chain (KOL, physicians, etc.).
¡ Human resource management:Succession planning and hiring (define the right candidate profile, identify potential prospects to hire, develop and promote, proactively plan for expected changes, ensure succession for key positions).
¡ Performance Management (coach, train and manage direct reports, reward and recognize high-performers, and handle non-performers appropriately).
¡ Healthcare professional or economical graduation
¡ 2-3 years leadership experience in sales and marketing
¡ min 4 years innovative pharmaceutical experience
¡ min 1 year oncology or hematology experience
