This is a contract position for 12 months, 4 days per week.

In this important role in our Patient Engagement team, the incumbent will hold 2 functions:
1-For all of AbbVie Care
Develop AbbVie Care creative campaign / launch tools across AbbVie patient support programs (PSPs)

Work closely with PSPs managers and Brand Team Leaders to define patient experience strategic and tactical needs for all AbbVie therapeutic areas.

Define digital needs and requirements for AbbVie Care across all therapeutic areas.

Maintain digital platform current and liaise all changes with Web Centre of Excellence (COE). Liaise with WE&C and Global teams to ensure Canadian input into overall AbbVie Care strategic deployment.

Contribute to the growth of the business by managing the development of AbbVie Care experience or adherence strategies with key stakeholders to support the larger brand strategies for Immunology, Virology, Neuroscience and Oncology.

Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustments.

Participate on demand on brand teams to maximize AbbVie Care value proposition while meeting commercial needs.

2-Specific to the Specialty Product Division and Oncology

Propose objectives for Brand Team review based on findings from the patient journey; challenge all Brand Team strategies to ensure patient centricity.
Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan, securing appropriate budget to deliver marketing objectives.
Develop a Brand Value Proposition and messaging that is tailored to each stakeholder audience
Become 'guardian of the AbbVie Care brand' and bring the brand story to life by ensuring that all functional deliverables, including marketing materials and campaigns ,remain consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to the brand story.
Work with team on tactical implementation of program tools and messaging.
Monitor marketing initiatives Key Performance Indicators and communicate them regularly. Propose tactical adjustments as needed.
Coordinate the activities of functional areas, advertising agencies and suppliers. Develop and maintain a continuous feedback loop with internal and external customers to inform Brand decisions. Work closely with all functional areas including trade, market access, training, marketing, community relations, CHE team, and all other stakeholders.
Respond to field team requests in a timely manner and encourage ongoing communications.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Science or Commerce
Pharmaceutical sales experience (minimum 2 years)

2-3 years of entry-level experience; i.e. market research, training or other

Brand management experience

Patient Support Program marketing experience

Strong digital marketing experience

English and French must be at advanced level, oral and written

Proficient in using MS Office Suite and all related new technologies in relationship to the role and the work environment.

Ability to:

This position requires availability and willingness to travel about 20% of the time within Canada and occasionally at an international level. A valid passport is required.
