   The Opportunity   
 
This position works out of our Pleasanton, CA location in the Abbott Heart Failure, Mechanical Circulatory System business. . Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.
As a QS Training Specialist at Abbott Heart Failure, you will have the opportunity to learn and implement the change order and training processes.
You will work closely with advanced development, mechanical engineering, and process development teams to select the right polymers for our future implantable devices that ensure long-term performance and manufacturability.
   What You’ll Work On    
 
·  Provide ongoing QA training support to the manufacturing site to ensure a compliant training requirements management system.  
·  Create, maintain and update User accounts and training assignments in the Learning Management System. 
·  Follow a structured approach to QA Training/Learning content/material development. 
·  Support the business by assessing the learning need and developing/modifying QA training materials in accordance with site procedures. 
·  Provide change order support to the manufacturing site to ensure a compliant training requirements management system.  
·  Communicate and support internal customers with the change order and training process. 
·  Develop training content and materials, as required. 
·  Update and support computer-based-training, instructor-led-training, job aides and other training support materials as needed.  
·  Represents team while on cross-functional project teams with other functional leaders. 
·  Participate in the review and update of standard operating procedures and work instructions. 
 
Supports audits, regulatory inspections and CAPAs, as needed.
   Required Qualifications    
 
·  Associates Degree (± 13 years) 
   Preferred Qualifications    
 
·  Experience with Change Control and Training 
·  1 or more years of related experience 
   Physical Requirements    
 
·  Must be able to work sitting down for extended periods of time. 
·  Must be able to work with computer and multiple computer screens for extended periods of time.

$23.67 – $47.33/hour
