Abbott Transfusion Medicine Division is looking for a
Business Analyst (m/f/d) Commercial EMEA
The position is based in Wiesbaden, Germany and will report to the Divisional Vice President Commercial Abbott transfusion medicine.
The Senior Business Analyst will be supporting EMEA Transfusion Management with provision of financial counsel and preparing analysis to support overall business decision, reporting to DVP EMEA.
Main Responsibilities:
· Support Planning, Reporting and Analysis consolidation, IBP process and Strategic Pricing for EMEA
· Support Commercial and marketing data processing. (MS2, aForce, commercial reports, etc.)
· Accountable for accuracy of the local books, month close, system processes and submission
· Provide financial ad-hoc analysis
· Support implementation of process improvements across department and work groups
· Participate in various financial projects and provide information for management for decision making
· Ensure professional support for Hub/Genpact shared service responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and procedures
Your Profile:
· Minimal Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance. Master's degree in business or finance desirable or other Professionally recognised Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW)
· 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Finance functiion
· Strong business partner attitude to support the Commercial business groups
· Willing to take future roles such as Pricing, Commercial excellence or Sales
· High result and process orientation
· Adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
· Strong organizational and management skills
· Set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines
· Strong analytical skills
· Good communications skills both verbal and written
· Customer oriented mindset
· Advanced MS Office knowledge. Excellent spreadsheet skills
· Fluent in English, local languages are of advantage
· Strong team player
· Advanced SAP knowledge
