Tasks:
• Providing support to the BW & BO systems (tickets Level 2 and 3)
• Work according to procedures and rules defined in system Operations Manual
• Solving tickets according with best practices and all projects agreements
• Implementing and documenting changes in BW/BO
• Keeping Technical documentation up to date (functional documentations, users manuals related to BW/BO Reports)
• Escalating incidents to functional/technical leads using agreed procedures, in order to support Change Management process
• Solving problems and identifying/implementing improvements to the system standard functions

Desired profile

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience of working with Business Warehouse 7.x (Design, Staging, Authorization, Performance Tuning)
• Reporting applications design and development experience (e.g. SAP WebI Reports and/or SAP Analysis for Office reports and/or Design Studio Reports and/or Dashboard Design)
• ABAP programming skills – ability to to write basic programs and user-Exits
• Knowledge of BW HANA and/or performance Tuning (ABAP & HANA) would be advantageous
• SAP BW Integrated Planning and/or BPC experience as an advantage
• Excellent English and communication skills
