Internship: Project Manager Service Customer Portal (m/w) (6 months)

Job description

Tasks:
- Create and implement a training concept for our customers
- Develop a solution concept for a graphical UI for our spare part finder and implement it utilizing our historical data
- Support the data maintenance for the portal and ensure the delivery of a good data quality
- Prepare user stories and participate in design workshops
- Work in close cooperation with the project management and our implementation partners

Desired profile

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Experience with CATIA is a plus
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, service-driven approach, and team spirit
- Strong command of English, and ideally German
