Job description
Tasks:
- Supporting production in the assembly of the semiconductor modules
- Improve and adapt visual inspection criteria
- Perform scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) analysis of production material and data collection
- Statistical analysis of SAM-data using state of the art statistical software and characterization of pass and fail criteria
- Interpretation of results and transfer of the findings to the current processes
- Documentation of the results and presentation within the R&D and process engineeringteam

Desired profile
Requirements:
- Student in a technical field (minimum Bachelor of material science, chemistry, physics, electronics and micro engineering, engineering)
- Interested in statistical methods and tools
- High degree of self-motivation and fast learning, independent way of working and organizing
- Good communication skills and motivation for working at the interface of engineering and production
- Very good German skills are required, English is beneficiary
