Job description

Tasks:
Responsible for complete order management, throughout the life cycle of the order, for authorized customer channels.

Act as liaison between customers, field sales engineers, manufacturing , logistics and warehouses.

Identify productivity improvement areas and work with management to clear bottlenecks

Use problem solving techniques to investigate and resolve customer issues with focus on First Call Resolution.

Assist in resolving outstanding invoice issues

Provide all basic customer service activities of quoting, order entry and expediting, credits, returns, and warranty.

Continuous improvement with the goal of achieving Excellence in Service for all customers – internal and external

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED AND 3 years' experience in a customer service environment.
OR
Associates degree AND 1 years' experience in a customer service environment.
OR
Bachelor's Degree

*A Master's Degree in required field = Credit given for 2 years of work experience.
*A PhD/Doctorate in required field = Credit given for 3 years of work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors' Degree

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially the use of MS Word and Excel.

Demonstrated Customer Service Skills.

Technical apptitude

SAP experience.

Bi-Lingual skills.

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
