To our teams in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Trainee –Talent Acquisition (internship).

Tasks:
-Ensures the quality of the talent acquisition process by: checking the quality of the job requisition details, preparing and publishing job postings, screening and creating longlists of candidates, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters and employment contracts, etc.
-Supports various early talent identification programs such as careers fairs and university events
-Creates purchase orders and process invoices for payment to vendors
-Maintains good data quality in HR systems
-Communicate and consult with internal customers regarding all talent acquisition policies and standards and recommend improvements and simplification
Desired profile
Requirements:
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Valid student status/ during studies
- Proficiency in German and English;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work in teams.
