Job description
Tasks:
• Ensuring that documents correctly reflect requirements of the LDRC, the LOD and specifications
• Maintaining security processes and protective marking according to classification requirements
• Maintaining project drawings within the Meridian project vault.
• Drawing/Document receipt and issue in line with contractual obligations
• Maintaining compliance with QMS and project document management processes.
• Submitting project documents to customer via EPFM or other customer portals
• Receiving and internally distributing documents from the customer and suppliers
• Liaison with Customer and suppliers for document control issues.
• Support project team in producing document control reports
• Surveillance checks to confirm Approval processes have been respected.
