This ecosystem works with 600 consultants worldwide and Alan Allman Asia is the Singapore branch. In this zone we have developed an offer around 3 pillars; IT and security, Business Intelligence and Digital. Our objective is to offer the best solutions to our clients matching their challenge in every aspect. We are looking for a new consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
 Follow-up and manage Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers.
 Ensure the good implementation of new projects within Quality Standards; on Schedule and Cost-Effectively, following Architecture and Design Best Practices.
 Manages the relationship between the team and the Overseas Business Representatives
 Supervises and follow-up Application Development Activities
 Supervises and follow-up 3rd Level Support Activities
 Ensure good team development and animation following LEAN Management best practices.
The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with rest of project/support team.

Desired profile

Requirements
 3y+ Banking Payment (different kinds of payment, processes, actors…)
 2y+ Accounting in Banking
 5y+ Management of an IT team (with developers and BA)
 8y+ Development & Design of Applications in a banking environment
 Good Oracle SQL Background
 Strong experience on Microsoft tools 2010 like Excel, Word and Microsoft Project
 Knowledge on defining models through UML
 Problem solving expertise
 Proficient in JAVA development
