Job description
A Large Academy in Dunstable is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher who is looking to move their career to the next level! This role is for a KS3 leader in the subject and is ideal for someone looking for their first taste of management.
You should be a subject specialist who can engage students with your fantastic level of subject knowledge in your specialism. As a key stage lead you will gain support from your head of department whilst developing your own key stage area by following a development plan you will create in collaboration with your HOD. You will be responsible for monitoring progress and developing practice while reporting regularly to your HOD.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of teaching GCSE Science
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Subject specific degree
- Recent UK Teaching experience
