A Brands Ltd, an events company in London who are responsible for Secret Brunch, are looking for an enthusiastic Event Day volunteer to assist with the running of the day for a series of events, which will start at the beginning of February 2017.
Supporting the in-house management team, tasks will include but not limited to:
Being responsible for your own room in an iconic victorian Mansion where you will need to managed everything from start to finish
Artist liason and permance management
Assisting the Floor Manager
Set up and Breakdown
As a volunteer, you will be given the opportunity to work on a number of rewarding projects, meet some great new people and of course gain invaluable event experience.
Training and previous experience is not a requirement, but good communication, organizational skills, and regular commitment is.
While we prefer consistency and structure, as a volunteer there are no set hours or days but whatever time you are able to give will make a huge difference. The event itself runs for 6 hours, but we could be on site for close to 10 hours. The more time you are able to give, the more responsibility you will be able to take on. We are also able to offer reasonable travel expenses and references.
