Poste et missions:
4D, Inc. is looking for a talented sales professional to drive adoption and sales of technology-leading 4D software and 4D professional services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in making contact and building relationships with prospective and existing customers, as well as closing sales, and achieving sales targets. 4D's customers are primarily organizations that are creating, deploying internally or selling business applications developed with 4D.
Inside Sales is responsible for:
- Identifying, qualifying and working with new business opportunities
- Working with our demand generation marketing programs to convert leads into qualified business
- Learning 4D’s product line to showcase solutions that our company offers
- Outbound calls to current customers and prospects
- Using internal databases, CRM and other software to track progress with new prospects
- Developing a sales funnel and pipeline of opportunities
- Supporting and driving customer evaluations, assisted by pre-sales engineers
- Understanding customer needs and requirements pre
- and post-sale in order to provide meaningful feedback to tech support and product development in order to evolve and improve 4D's offerings
- Cultivating relationships with key customers, in order to have referenceable accounts, case studies and success stories for events, presentations, and marketing material
- Forecasting sales, with accuracy and reliability
- Reporting weekly sales goals and objectives to management
Profil: Master in business
- 1-2 years account management experience
- Experience selling IT services is a plus
- Articulate, positive attitude, with excellent telephone etiquette
- Independent, self-starter, able to manage and fulfill monthly sales targets
- Strong organization and planning skills in order to manage customers and deliver consistent results each month
- Technical background, ideally selling enterprise or business software or development tools--prior work experience required
- Outside sales experience, and training in complex selling is a significant plus
- Fluent English
