3M Health Care Business Group is currently looking for:

Sales Representative
Oral Care Division – Eastern Bulgaria, location: Varna (temporary position, maternity leave position)

Job Responsibilities:

Sell and promote 3M Oral Care products to dental professionals located in Varna and Eastern Bulgaria

Responsible for achieving sales targets of assigned territory

Perform minimum 8 effective sales visits to end-users on daily basis to generate demand

Cooperate with distributors at assigned territory on go to market approach

Attend local, regional and national trade shows as defined by territory needs

Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products
Daily administration, including CRM

Requirements:

Higher/University education – medical (dentistry) will be an advantage

2+ years of experience in sales (every day regular sales to multiple accounts, with territory management approach)
Willingness to travel across the country (around 40% of working time)

At least intermediate knowledge of English language (1st interview is conducted on English)
Sales driven, result oriented and self motivated

Proactive, goal-oriented, with very good analytical and planning skills
Ability to work independently, in remote management format
Able to work with complex product information

Technically savvy (MS Office, CRM system)
