Job Summary:

The person hired for the position of IMPD BT MES Lead will lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) development, deployment, and integration with Business Transformation (BT) ERP for Industrial Mineral Products Division (IMPD) plants. This is a specialized role focused on BT Go Live preparation, Go Live leadership, and post Go Live support for IMPD plants. Maplewood MN, Corona CA, Wausau WI, Pittsboro, NC or Little Rock AR are preferred work locations. Open to working remotely.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·  Lead IMPD MES development and deployment
·  Lead MES integration with ERP components (ECC, EWM, 3M MES), including development and testing in preparation for IMPD plant Go Lives
·  Primary contact with contract developers
·  Coordinate support of IMPD MES applications for IMPD plants

Basic Qualifications: 

·  Bachelor’s degree or higher(completed and verified prior to start)from an accredited institution
·  Minimum three (3) years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment in one or more of the following areas: Systems Integration,Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Knowledge of IMPD MES applications
·  Experience in SCADA, Levels 2 and 3 Manufacturing Execution Systems
·  Experience in project leadership
·  Experience in system integration
·  Experience in Business Transformation
·  Ability to lead projects across functional areas

Location: Maplewood MN, Corona CA, Wausau WI, Pittsboro, NC or Little Rock AR are preferred work locations. Open to working remotely.

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic
