3M is seeking a Dump Truck/Combination Driver for the Safety and Graphics Business/Industrial Mineral Products Division located in Wausau, Wisconsin. At 3M, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Transport semi-finished roofing granules and other miscellaneous materials using dump trucks and tractor trailer combinations between the 3M Greystone quarry and the 3M Downtown production facility (11 mile round trip)
· Operate other equipment (wheel loaders, snow plows, off highway trucks, etc.) as required
· Complete other miscellaneous duties as required
· Adhere to 3M, Local, State and Federal Environmental Health and Safety expectations
· Complete vehicle safety inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation

This position will require:

· Weekend work as needed
· Working overtime as needed
· Working holidays as needed
· Short notice shift coverage as business needs occur
· Working rotating shifts
· Must pass and complete a DOT physical and road test (if not current)
· Frequent physical demands including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic Qualifications:

· Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
· Possess a current and valid Class A CDL license
· Minimum three (3) years tractor/trailer and/or dump truck driving experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Wisconsin tanker endorsement (N)
· Heavy machinery operating experience and/or training
· Ability to assist with troubleshooting and problem solving

This posting is for a Dump Truck/Combination Driver position at 3M Wausau. Qualified applications may be considered when Dump Truck/Combination Driver openings occur at 3M Wausau for up to 6 months of the posting of this requisition.
