Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·  Serves as the Public Markets Secure Enterprise Dictation and Transcription Solution Project Manager (SEDTS) Project Manager for DOD wide SEDTS IDIQ contract project implementation.
·  Develops SEDTS site-specific implementation plans and coordinates closely with 3M and military hospital staff to deliver noteworthy SEDTS implementation support to medical transcriptionists, systems administrators, HIM staff, and the providers.
·  Analyzes SEDTS software performance, provider usage level, transcriptionist workload, backend speach recognition rate, and provides this monthly analysis to the military hospitals' leadership, DoD SEDTS Program Office, and 3M Public Markets' leadership.
·  Performs as the voice of customers to various 3M eHDS teams to improve SEDTS performance in the field by identifying software improvements and suggesting improved functional workflows.
·  Leads testing of new SEDTS features in HIS environment and then tests features in DoD IT and Cybersecurity frame work.
·  Performs as the SEDTS subject matter expert and coordinates project implementation activities with government customers (hospital leadership, clinicians, and medical transcriptionists).
·  Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of 3M Public Markets. Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.

Basic Qualifications:

·  Do you currently and/or will you possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution?
·  Minimum of three (3) years of performing dictation and transcription, workflow assessment, and training experience in healthcare facilities.
·  Minimum of five (5) years of medical transcriptionist experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Actual SEDTS work experience in DoD hospital preferred.
·  Experience within DoD or VA healthcare transcription and leadership experience.
·  Professional certification in medical documentation field, including transcription and/or coding.
·  Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Location: Can be based remote  

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic Travel
