Job title: Auto CAD/Revit & 3D Laser Scanning Technician

NATAS 360 Site Survey is a specialist environmental, surveying and consultancy company operating throughout the UK and overseas. In addition to traditional building and measured surveys we undertake asbestos and hazardous materials surveys in many sectors, including domestic, commercial, industrial, construction, demolition, oil & gas, nuclear, NHS, education etc. With approximately 20 staff across 4 regional offices in England and Scotland, NATAS is a growing business offering innovative services within a highly competitive and customer led environment.

Job Role:

You will be able to use Faro Focus 3D laser scanners and produce high-quality 2D & 3D drawings and Revit 3D models from Point-Cloud data. You will also be willing to travel as many jobs are nationwide & overseas requiring stays on location while the site survey work is undertaken.

Knowledge & experience using laser scanners would be extremely beneficial but specific training on Faro scanners can be provided.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Experience with AutoCAD in the 2D & 3D is essential
• Experience using on Revit and other modelling packages
• Experience using Faro Scene

· Understanding of BIM, building architecture and structures will be an advantage

Salary will be competitive based on experience and suitability to job role

You will normally work a 40 hour per week, normally 09:00 - 17:00.

however some flexibility is required to meet business needs.

Holiday allowance is 20 days plus public public/bank holidays.

Due to the location of the office (J3/M42) and nature of the job it is essential that you have a UK driving licence (no more than 3 points) and ideally have your own transport.
