Branch Manager - Estate Agency

360 Employment Evolution are proud to be working with a top estate agent in the heart of Maidstone. They are a formidable force of sales and customer service - they are up and coming and are looking for their new recruits to continue to support this growth.

As a Branch Manager you will be expected to maintain KPI's and set monthly targets.

You will need to be driven and proactive with a proven track records of sales, achievements and examples of successes - which will all be reviewed at interview. You will need to be able to action Listings/conduct evaluations.

You will need a full UK driving license and access to your own car. You will need to commit to working every Saturday as the office is always open at the weekend.

You must be able to demonstrate a fantastic track record with your current employer and already be in the branch manager position.

You must have an extraordinary set of results for listing properties and managing a team. Your earning are uncapped and woudl realistically achieve £70K+
