Job description
Modern firm of Chartered Accountants.
We are looking for a new Office Assistant who is willing to get involved in everything, primarily:
- Office Management - telephone and email management.
- Marketing & Business Development - online & offline marketing initiatives, managing sales leads, reporting on them, etc. Blog writing, website updates and social media management.
- Sales - once fully trained, telephone sales work.
- Systems - making sure all systems are up to date (sales, marketing, general, etc).
- Invoicing - invoicing clients, taking payments, managing expenses.
It's a fantastic opportunity for somebody who sees a future for themselves in office and business development/management.
Desired profile
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Excellent speaker
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer and internet savvy (i.e. able to pick up sytems quickly)
- Interested in business development & sales
- Ability to work independently
