Sales Intern
2to3days is a fast growing start up which is disrupting the recruitment market and revolutionising the way mothers find stimulating work on a part time flexible basis so that they can also raise their children.
This business is growing from the owners kitchen table so you need to be happy to work from her home and be OK with a cocker spaniel and cat wandering around!!
Your role is to create a team with our other intern who started a couple of weeks ago and who is learning stacks and enjoying every minute of it!
What we want you to do is get adverts on our site but engaging with the business owners of entrepreneurial companies as well as the Heads of Diversity/Talent of corporations. You will do this through LinkedIn, email and telephone calls and if you are confident to do so you can go to meetings too but not straight away. We would also want you to be able to do some data analysis, research into our market.
You will get to use social media, learn lots of software products, you will get sales training, you will get a lot of autonomy as well as support you will learn how to really leverage LinkedIn.
We will pay your travel expenses assuming your commute is not that far - tube pass!
We will also give you a decent lunch and breakfast if you require
We will also pay you a % of commission on all sales that you bring in.
You will be working with another intern who started a couple of weeks ago

You need to be able to write grammatically correct emails
You need to be organised
You need to want to learn and get stuck in and make this a role that can go places!
You need to love to do a sale and get the commission in your back pocket
