24 Seven are working with a top luxury fashion brand who are looking for a marketing and events coordinator to join the team asap!
This is a maternity cover contract which will be a minimum of 6 months. (There is the possibility of going permanent too)

The role:
Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Reports to: Retail Marketing Manager
Role Overview: To own and manage all in and out of store events for the brand and support the Retail Marketing Manager in day-to-day Marketing activity.
Role Responsibilities:
Retail Events
- Working with Retail Marketing Manager to create retail events strategy
- Delivery of all retail marketing events from start to finish including; sourcing and booking suppliers (models, catering, staff etc), preparation and set up of store, working with the merchandising team to ensure relevant product is in store for all events, team briefings for internal and external staff and suppliers, overseeing production on all collateral needed for events, attendance at and management at all events, setting and working to budgets.
- Planning and executing strategy for post event communications and managing guest lists
- Post event analysis
- Working with team to ensure any relevant social media coverage is organised and in real time.
- Researching and identifying new event opportunities and partnerships
External Events
- Assisting with set up and delivery of London Fashion Week Presenations/Catwalks - including preparation of space, production of collateral, organisation of goodie bags and general assistance for the team
- Coordination of London Fashion Weekend including; working with the relevant internal team to ensure product is delivered on time and the right stock is available, all collateral is produced for the pop up and management of communication plan pre, during and post event.
- Marketing and communications support with all external pop ups or special events i.e. Luxe Stores, sample sales, temporary pop ups
Other
- Weekly updates and circulation of marketing calendar
- Monitoring and actioning relevant charity requests and production of any supporting materials
- Production of branded business stationary (i.e. business cards, folders)
- Working with the Graphic Designer to update or produce any branded business presentations or other materials, including relevant updates to the Brand Book.
- Occasionally assisting with PR requests/samples
- Researching and identifying new local marketing opportunities
- General day-to-day support for Retail Marketing Manager
