MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The position entails working in one of Unilever's global brands -Signal/ Pepsodent which has a strong footprint in D& E Oral care, with leading market share positioning in many markets. The brand has a solid track record of success and heading to registering in the Billion Euros brand. It is a meaningful & impactful brand routed with a strong USLP mission to improve the oral health care of millions around the world through its brushing day & night education & impactful innovations.

This role also involves working in Global Brand Development, for the core platform Anti-Cavity as well as for docking responsibility for Signal/ Pepsodent in the key markets across SEA, AFRICA. This role includes working in global innovations/ Communications while focusing on strategic planning for some markets within the assigned scope.

JOB SUMMARY

· Supporting Global Brand Manager to drive the growth of the core Anti-Cavity Platform globally through mix development, communication and strategy/ planning, in line with total brand strategy.
· Leading the roll out of Anti-cavity innovation/ communication to “followed markets” On Time In Full (OTIF).
· Country champion for 2 key countries to drive the business growth following the defined strategy. Giving inputs and supporting countries, aligning on their activity plans to achieve their business goals.
· Supporting docking with key markets


KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a highly motivated, curious individual, action oriented and up for the challenge of working on a Global Brand in a multicultural environment.

Essentials
· Bachelor degree in any discipline
· Excellent Project Management with rigorous planning, time management and prioritisation, leading agile cross functional teams, leading agencies, giving creative feedbacks, and presenting cases for internal approval to land project On Time In Full.
· Strong Creative Judgment – strong perception of creative work, brands, advertising and communications
· Good at strategic thinking with clear global mindset & local understanding.
· Consumer-immersed and insightful for concept/ communication development and deployment.
· Strong articulation & communication & presentation in verbal and writing to participate in higher level of discussion & alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong financial acumen with managing budgets/ invoices/ spends & be able to work with P&L fundamentally.
· Positive attitude and composure in order to deal with complexities and pressure.
· Experience working on Digital & media planning.
· Strong bias for action, ownership on the assigned projects/ tasks & being a problem solver.
· Eagerness to learn
· Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
