Job description

The Business Administrator provide commercial support to the AGT fieldservices group,primarily resposible for preparation of field servicesinvoicing pack, maintenceof service rates/customers & affiliates contracts/agreement, resolving customers billing queries and AR collections &month end closing for the service organisation

What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for Field Service Order Booking in SAP
· Prepareservice pack and invoicing ofservices jobs (Field Services & LTP)
· Maintenceof service rates/customers & affiliates contracts/agreement
· Analysejobs costs on a regular basis, review withService Teamor CPM to understand and report deviations from as sold
· Create and maintain Project Definition, WBS/SO, input plan revenue/costs, prepare accounting entries, Accruals, prepayments, WIP adjustment Variation orders etc.
· Response to customer queries on services invoicing
· Prepare and send monthly Statement of Accounts to all customers. Nominated AR champion for selected customers
· Perform the role of Fixed Asset Co-ordinator on a ad-hoc basis

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· 3 years of working experience in Commercial/Business Administrator Role
· Good knowledge ofSAP and Microsoft Office Excel & Word
· Experience of dealing with internal and external customers
· Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise workload and objectives with minimal supervision.
· High attention to detail and presentation.
· Ability to work well within a team
